COURTNEY CAMFERDAM

A Greenville native, Courtney graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Real Estate. She then began working for SunTrust Bank where she received valuable insight into the banking industry. She earned her law degree in 2011 from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school she gained experience working for a residential real estate firm, clerking for the Honorable Irvin G. Condon at the Charleston Probate Court, and clerking for the Honorable Judy L. McMahon with the Family Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

After law school, Courtney moved back to Greenville, and clerked for The Honorable Edward W. Miller with the Circuit Court in Greenville County where she worked on complex business litigation matters for the business court.

For almost 4 years, Courtney worked for a local law firm as an associate, where she advised clients on family law matters, including divorces child custody, visitation, Guardian ad Litem cases, and child support modifications. She also helped clients with regard to estate planning, guardianship and residential real estate closings.

While working for her prior firm, Courtney found her true passion was helping people. Whether it be helping clients through the exciting time of purchasing their first home, or helping a parent through the difficult time of fighting for custody of their child, she strives to be there for her clients. Courtney began her solo practice, so she could further her passion and serve the community.

Courtney promises to be readily available to all of her clients and represent them zealously.
